    Cordon Bleu (Multi-Cusine Restaurant) : Vembanadu lake is an authentic source for fishes in the region.. The Cordon Bleu, the multi-cuisine restaurant here, offers authentic local delicacies like Prawns, Crabs, Oyesters and the famous 'Karimeen Pollichathu' (fish wrapped in banana leaves). Among the local favorites are the spicy chicken - 'Kozhi Varautharachathu' and the 'Syrian Christian duck Roast'. The choicest North Indian, Chinese and Continental dishes are regarded as exciting and innovative menus. Lake side Barbeque : This is an excellent open kitchen by the lake side and offers opportunity for interaction with the chefs while enjoying the delicious grill menus.
