Situated in the posh Banjara Hills, the hotel overlooks its own private lake. Apart from enjoying a view of the lake, guests can also relax with a spot of boating. The hotel is just a 10-minute drive from the business and shopping districts.

    There are 118 centrally air-conditioned rooms including 9 suites.

    Standard - All rooms are elegantly appointed and offer guest amenities like Internet connectivity, international direct dial facility, mini-bar, channel music and color television with satellite programs.

    Residency - These rooms are located on the higher floors of the hotel. They offer guests all standard room amenities as well as Internet connectivity. Guests in these rooms can enjoy a complimentary Continental breakfast, tea/coffee throughout the day and cocktails during the Cocktail Hour at the Residency Lounge.

    Executive Suites - Comprising of a bedroom and a living room, these tastefully furnished suites offer panoramic views of the picturesque Banjara Lake.

    Presidential Suites - These suites are luxuriously furnished and exude an aura of exclusivity.

    The Waterside Café - Serves Indian, Continental and Chinese cuisine.
    Lobby Lounge - Bar attached to the lobby.
    Dakhini - Indian restaurant serving authentic Hyderabadi and Andhra cuisine.
    Kabab-e-Bahar - Serves the most succulent kebabs in town. Open for dinner only.
    The Underdeck - An elegant English pub.

  • Conference and Banquet facilities :

    The hotel has a fully equipped Business Center with 24-hour Internet connectivity, copier/facsimile facilities and secretarial service.

    There are 5 rooms with a capacity of 15 to 275 persons auditorium style or 15 to 400 persons for cocktails/receptions. The hotel has lush green lawns that are ideal for large parties.

    There’s nothing quite like a bracing dip in the Pool to start off a busy day. The Fitness Center, Beauty Parlor, Hair Dressing Salon, Barber Shop and the Tennis Court are the other facilities available Health & fitness center

The overnight on the houseboat was a wonderful experience, it was such a change from being on the busy road, and to have the peace, silence and tranquillity for nearly 24 hours was indeed very nice.
